COMMON SERVICES OFFERED

Bat Eviction

Bats are federally protected and can only be evicted during certain times of the year. We have to figure out where they are getting in at, install one-way bat valves on those locations, and make sure the rest of the home is sealed to ensure they don't re-enter elsewhere. It is crucial to know the biology of this mammal, the laws and regulations, and have the experience of knowing their capabilities in order to be successful.

Wildlife Removal

Humane removal of nuisance wildlife on your property, in your attic/ crawlspace, or under your deck/ shed. Utilizing traps, one way doors, or using scare-out/ deterrent techniques. Each scenario is dependent on the situation and time of the year.

Wildlife Exclusion

Exclusion means to stop and prevent animals from re-entry.

Once you have a critter issue once, you are more likely to have them again as these animals will leave pheromone scents behind that will peak the interest of other animals in the area. If you want to avoid having an issue in the future then exclusion is a must!

Common exclusion items include: installing chimney caps, screening gable/soffit/foundation vents, sealing and securing roof returns, closing off various construction gaps, installing roof vent guards on attic vents, securing ridge vent, screening bathroom exhaust vents, etc...

To Ensure The Highest Quality:

- These repairs need to be animal proof.

- They must blend in with the home.

- The product used must be durable enough to last for many years.

There are various zoonotic diseases that animals can pass along to humans through inhalation, ingestion, and direct contact if not addressed. In some cases clean-up and disinfecting the areas that the animal(s) frequented in is necessary to prevent the chance of becoming sick or catching a life-threatening disease.

Some common zoonotic diseases include: Rabies, Histoplasmosis, Hantavirus, Toxoplasmosis, Tularemia, Salmonella, Raccoon Roundworm, etc...

Ectoparasite Treatment

The most common ectoparasites we run into include: bat bugs, fleas, ticks, mites, lice, and bird mites.

Lastly, after the animal or "ectoparasites host" has been removed it may be important to eliminate any ectoparasites that are left behind.
